These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Akoreps sales practice platform, related websites, and services (collectively, the "Services") operated by Akoreps Inc. ("Akoreps," "we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account, clicking to accept these Terms, or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
If you use the Services on behalf of a company or other entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms, and "you" includes that entity.
You must provide accurate registration information and keep it up to date. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your sign-in method (including magic links and single sign-on) and for all activity under your account. You must notify us promptly at privacy@akoreps.com of any unauthorized use.
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use the Services. The Services are not intended for individuals under 13.
Akoreps provides tools for sales teams to practice with AI-generated buyer personas, run simulations, and receive coaching-style feedback based on the information you provide (such as product, process, and questionnaire data). Features may change over time. We may suspend or discontinue any part of the Services with reasonable notice where practicable.

We may suspend or terminate access for conduct we reasonably believe violates these Terms or creates risk.
The Services use artificial intelligence (including third-party models) to generate personas, dialogue, and related outputs. Outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate for your situation. You are solely responsible for how you use outputs in real sales activities, training, or decisions. The Services do not provide legal, financial, or professional advice. You should not rely on AI outputs as a substitute for human judgment or qualified expertise.
You retain ownership of content and data you submit to the Services ("Customer Data"). You grant Akoreps a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, process, transmit, and display Customer Data solely to provide, secure, and improve the Services as described in our Privacy Policy.
You represent that you have all rights necessary to submit Customer Data and that doing so does not violate third-party rights.
The Services may integrate with third-party providers (for example, cloud hosting, email delivery, authentication, and AI APIs). Your use of those services may be subject to their terms. We are not responsible for third-party services we do not control.
If we label features or materials as confidential or beta, you agree not to disclose them without our prior written consent, except as required by law.
If you subscribe to a paid plan, fees and billing terms will be presented at purchase or in a separate order form. Unless otherwise stated, fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as we expressly agree in writing.
The Services, including software, branding, and documentation, are owned by Akoreps or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. Except for the limited rights to use the Services under these Terms, no rights are granted to you.
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AKOREPS DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AKOREPS AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND SUPPLIERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICES, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SERVICES WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID US FOR THE SERVICES IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR (B) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (US$100), IF YOU HAVE NOT HAD PAYMENT OBLIGATIONS.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those cases, our liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted by law.
You will defend and indemnify Akoreps and its affiliates against any claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your Customer Data, your use of the Services, or your violation of these Terms, except to the extent caused by our gross negligence or willful misconduct.
You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you materially breach these Terms and fail to cure within a reasonable period after notice, or immediately where necessary to protect the Services or other users. Provisions that by their nature should survive (including ownership, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and indemnity) will survive termination.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, excluding conflict-of-law rules, unless a different governing law is required by the jurisdiction where you reside. Courts located in Delaware will have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes, unless applicable law requires otherwise. You consent to that jurisdiction and venue.
We may modify these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated Terms and update the effective date. If changes are material, we will provide notice as required by law or as we deem appropriate (for example, by email or in-product notice). Continued use after the effective date of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms, except where your consent is required by law.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any order form or enterprise agreement you sign with us, constitute the entire agreement regarding the Services. If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
